little by little

A man in a white martial arts uniform and a protective headgear with a clear face shield stands in a gym, adjusting his gear and then facing an opponent in a blue uniform. The opponent, wearing white hand wraps, throws a punch toward the man in white, who remains in a defensive stance. The scene takes place in a martial arts training hall with other practitioners visible in the background.
