A man in a dark coat bows deeply before a large red wreath at a memorial site with a statue and evergreen trees, then straightens and walks away as others stand in formation and a person in the foreground films with a smartphone; the scene cuts to a television studio where a man in a suit stands and gestures while speaking to a panel of seated people.
