Balloons die

A person stands next to a white van in a city street, with a large pile of pink and white balloons on the ground nearby; the person moves slightly, and a single red balloon rolls across the pavement from left to right. The scene is set on a paved road with parked cars, a brick sidewalk, and multi-story buildings in the background under a bright sky.
