A dark SUV enters the frame from the right, drives across the road, and makes a sharp turn onto the sidewalk, kicking up a large cloud of dust as it moves. The vehicle, a black SUV with a spare tire on the back, continues to turn and settle on the sidewalk, while a person on a bicycle remains stationary on the pavement in the background. The scene is viewed from a high-angle, fixed camera overlooking a paved area with a building and a green trash bin.
