Train to hell

A blacksmith in a workshop repeatedly hammers a glowing hot metal object on an anvil, the metal glowing bright orange and red with each strike. The scene cuts to a train in a snowy landscape with a large fire erupting from its top, then to a train in a grassy field with fire and smoke coming from the engine, and finally to a green train with a large fire and thick black smoke billowing from its roof.
