Kebab time

A man in a jacket and scarf sits at a table outdoors, holding a skewer of kebab, which he repeatedly brings to his mouth to eat. He chews with exaggerated expressions, then suddenly jerks his head back as the skewer, now empty, flies out of his mouth and away from him. The setting is a construction site with unfinished brick buildings and a crane in the background.
