Where's he going?

A cartoon boy with red hair, a blue shirt, and purple shorts walks from right to left across a dark street in front of two houses, then turns and walks back from left to right, repeating the motion. The scene is set at night in a suburban neighborhood with stylized houses and a blue sky.
