Bday

A woman with blonde hair and dark lipstick sits as a man in a suit holds a pen-like object near her face, then examines it closely before using it to stab his own leg, causing him to fall backward in pain while the woman laughs. The scene takes place indoors in a room with furniture and a framed picture on a table.
