The main subject is Squidward from SpongeBob SquarePants, who is shown in a looping animation reacting to a tweet about a Kentucky abortion law. He begins by sitting calmly, then slowly raises his hands to his face in a gesture of distress, before collapsing backward in a dramatic, exaggerated faint. The scene is set against a dark, purple-hued background with floating lights.
