A woman in a gold and orange feathered costume dances in a parade, raising her arms and smiling as she moves forward, flanked by men in matching costumes, with a crowd in the stands behind them. The scene shifts to a woman in a blue and white costume dancing in front of a large illuminated float, then to another woman in a green and white costume dancing with large green feathered wings, moving forward past a line of motorcyclists in matching green and black uniforms.
