Fool

A man in a hat and light-colored clothing stands on a balcony with ornate metal railings, raising his arms and moving his body in a rhythmic, dance-like motion against a backdrop of buildings with onion domes and a tangle of overhead wires. The scene cuts to a close-up of several large, dark metal bells hanging from a wooden frame inside a bell tower, with one bell swinging and striking its clapper.
