Cute little face

An adult holds a child while pressing a black plastic frame with a green pin art surface against the child's face, causing the pins to form a raised, distorted image of the child's face; the adult repeatedly presses and releases the frame, making the image appear and disappear, while the child watches with a neutral expression, all within a room with a colorful plastic playpen in the background.
