A shirtless man wearing a towel wrapped around his head and blue underwear stands in a bedroom, holding a white, folded object that resembles a piece of paper or a thin board. He repeatedly lifts his right leg, bending at the knee, and attempts to balance the object on his raised knee while looking down at it, shifting his weight slightly and adjusting his grip. The scene takes place in a room with a dark wooden dresser, a mirror, and a closed door in the background.
