A cat fetishist.

A hairless cat wearing a blue uniform and cap stands on a wooden floor, looking at the camera, then turns and walks forward as a young girl in a white shirt and patterned pants sits behind it, reaching out to touch the cat, while a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" balloon decoration is visible on the wall in the background.
