Whatcha buy?

A man in a dark t-shirt stands behind a woman in a black top, holding her ear and smiling as she cries, then the scene cuts to the woman walking away from a window, and finally to her lying in bed, still crying. The setting appears to be a hotel room with a large mirror, a window with curtains, and a bed.
