Costumed guy🤣

A man in a dark coat with a fur collar and a tie stands beside a white police car with a red light on top, speaking to the camera in a snowy outdoor setting. The scene shifts to show the man opening the car door, getting inside, and closing the door, while another person is visible in the driver's seat.
