Drug madness XD

A white-haired anime character with large eyes looks forward with a slight smile, then the scene cuts to a blue walrus-like creature standing in a pink, watery environment, followed by the character appearing in a blue dolphin costume with two real dolphins swimming in the background, the character in the costume swaying slightly, and the scene cuts back to the character's face.
