three stripes

A person in a traditional costume with a tall headdress and feathered skirt performs a rhythmic dance on a dusty field, moving with high steps and swaying motions, while another man in patterned clothing walks behind and to the side, observing. The setting is an outdoor dirt arena with a red "airtel" banner and spectators in the background.
