Noragami

A black-haired anime character with heterochromatic eyes, one red and one purple, appears in a dark setting, their face illuminated by the glow of their eyes as they shift expressions from a calm, closed-eyed look to a wide-eyed, intense stare, with a brief, blurry motion suggesting a hand movement or a sudden change in focus.
