Who's there?

A black cat lies on a patterned surface, its wide eyes fixed forward as it repeatedly sticks its pink tongue out in a slow, rhythmic motion. The camera alternates between a medium shot and a close-up of the cat's face, capturing the consistent, almost hypnotic tongue protrusion against a plain indoor background.
