It hurts

A close-up of a red traffic light transitions to a flock of crows flying over a city street at night, followed by a rapid, blurred motion effect, a distorted image of a person's face, a close-up of a young woman with glowing eyes, and finally a person lying on the ground with hands clasped over their face. The sequence takes place in an urban environment at night, with a strong emphasis on digital distortion and glitch effects.
