Patrick Star stands in the doorway of his pineapple house, screaming with wide eyes and an open mouth, then turns to face SpongeBob SquarePants, who is standing beside him with a calm expression. Patrick holds a pair of blue and white shoes, brings them to his face, and begins to chew on them, his eyes rolling back in his head, while SpongeBob watches with a neutral, slightly amused look. The scene takes place inside Patrick's pineapple house, with a large fish-shaped decoration hanging on the wall behind them.
