A group of five dogs made of textured, fibrous material sit in a desolate, debris-strewn landscape, with a black dog on the left turning to face the others. The scene cuts to a light-colored dog standing atop a pile of rusted metal, silhouetted against a bright sky, as it lifts its head and opens its mouth in a howl. The sequence then shows a close-up of the light-colored dog's face, followed by a close-up of the black dog's face, both with wide eyes, as the camera cuts between them.
