Loli

Three anime characters stand on a paved surface, with a small blonde boy in a white shirt and blue shorts holding a red object and looking angrily at two others, one in an orange shirt and one in a pink shirt, who face him; the scene cuts to a close-up of the boy's determined face against a sparkling, colorful background.
