Grenade

A person in a dark shirt and black pants stands in a doorway, holding a small object, then suddenly drops to a crouch and throws it forward before exiting the frame. The object hits a plastic bin, causing a bright flash and explosion that sends the bin and its contents flying, followed by a black helmet falling to the floor. The scene takes place in a room with light blue walls and a wooden floor.
