District executive committee

A woman in a floral dress stands in a narrow, unfinished room, holding a wooden stick and gesturing toward a young man in a t-shirt who stands behind her, while another man looks on from the right side of the frame. The woman repeatedly raises the stick and brings it down in a striking motion toward the young man's arm, who remains still, as the man on the right watches with a neutral expression.
