a smug little thing

A woman lies in bed, initially looking up with a startled expression, then pulls the covers over her head before peeking out with wide, fearful eyes. A man in a white tank top and glasses appears behind her, leaning in with a wide, unsettling grin, causing her to scream in terror. The scene takes place in a dimly lit bedroom with a dark headboard and white bedding.
