A tabby cat lies on its back on a patterned rug, holding a small yellow ball with its front paws and looking up at the camera, remaining in this position throughout the loop. The scene is set indoors on a carpeted floor next to a rug. A white car with its rear door open is parked on a snowy, slushy surface, with steam or exhaust visible near the rear wheel, and the camera slowly pans up the side of the vehicle.
