Mayonnaise - Wow!

A anthropomorphic wolf in a lab coat sits at a table with a plate of food, holding chopsticks and looking at a red-haired human boy in a lab coat who is holding a bottle and gesturing with his other hand; the wolf opens his mouth wide in a yawn or shout while extending his left hand, then closes his mouth and returns to a neutral expression, all within a laboratory setting with bookshelves and a window.
