mega power

A man performs a muscle-up on a horizontal bar in an outdoor fitness area, starting from a hanging position, pulling himself up to grip the bar above, then pushing his body upward and over the bar into a fully extended position with his arms straight. The setting is a public exercise park with other equipment, a road with passing cars, and buildings in the background.
