A hand inserts a green key into a lock on a metal door, turns it, and removes the key, causing the door to open slightly. The scene cuts to a wide shot of a large crowd gathered in front of a grand building, then to two men in suits looking through a doorway, and finally to a high-angle view of a dense crowd of people in uniform.
