Where's Volobuyev?

A group of cyclists and a motorcyclist with a sidecar are gathered at the starting line of a race, marked by a red banner with the word "СТАРТ" (START) in Cyrillic, on a dirt road. The cyclists, wearing vintage athletic attire, adjust their bikes and prepare to begin, while the motorcyclist stands nearby, and a man in a black shirt gestures toward the riders.
