A white cartoon cat stands in a dimly lit basement, initially turning a red valve on a horizontal pipe, which causes a small stream of water to leak. The cat then turns a larger vertical valve, resulting in a powerful gush of water erupting from the top of the pipe and flooding the floor, causing the cat to stand back and observe the flooding.
