U spin me

A woman in a wet, dark, strappy swimsuit stands in the rain at night, initially with arms outstretched, then raising them above her head in a triumphant pose, before the scene cuts to a wide shot of her standing atop a crowd of shirtless men, followed by a close-up of her tilting her head back with eyes closed as rain falls. The setting is an outdoor nighttime event, possibly a concert or festival, with a train and a large crowd visible in the background.
