A sanitation worker in a blue uniform sweeps fallen leaves on a paved walkway, pushing them toward a street where a black car is stopped; as the worker sweeps, a sudden burst of wind blows the leaves into the air, creating a swirling cloud around the car and the worker, who continues sweeping as the leaves fall back down.
