Tokyo Ghoul

A close-up of a character's eye shows a red, glowing spiral pattern forming within the pupil, followed by a scene of the character being attacked and restrained by a shadowy figure in a dark environment, then shown in pain on a checkered floor with red, claw-like appendages, and finally a close-up of the character's face showing distress and a hand cuff.
