A person wearing a white t-shirt and a white cloth draped over their head appears in a doorway, then moves forward toward the camera with a distorted, exaggerated facial expression featuring red eyes and a wide-open mouth. The person's face fills the frame in a close-up before the view abruptly cuts to black as the camera is covered. The scene takes place indoors in a dimly lit room with a dark doorway in the background.
