Tokyo Ghoul

A white-haired anime character with red markings on his face stands with arms outstretched, surrounded by large, red, tendril-like appendages in a blue-lit industrial setting. The character is then shown being pulled and dragged across the floor by the red tendrils, which wrap around his body and limbs.
