A man in a striped shirt sits in the driver's seat of a car while a man in a uniform stands outside, holding his arm and appearing to argue. The man in the car then looks up as a woman in a brown top leans over the car from the passenger side, looking down at him. The scene takes place outdoors on a street with buildings in the background.
