You're up

A man in a pink striped shirt stands at a glass door, then looks down and points at a small dark insect on the tiled floor. The insect, a fly, is shown up close, struggling on its back before flipping over and flying away. The scene takes place indoors near a doorway leading to a bright outdoor area with a house and steps visible.
