A black SUV drives on a highway under a blue sky with white clouds, then a man in a dark shirt runs across the road in front of the vehicle. The scene cuts to the interior of a car where a man in a leather jacket drives with his mouth wide open in a scream, while three other men in the back seat look forward with expressions of shock and fear. The setting transitions from an outdoor highway to the interior of a moving car.
