Angry cockroaches

A man and a white dog stand in a doorway, looking into a bathroom where two giant cockroaches, one wearing a red bandana and the other a green one, stand on their hind legs. The cockroach with the red bandana pulls a knife from its abdomen and holds it out, while the other cockroach stands motionless beside it.
