Pshh pshh… oh lolo.

A small, green, disc-shaped flying saucer with a single occupant inside flies horizontally across a cityscape at night, passing between and over various colored buildings. The saucer moves from left to right, then reverses direction and moves back from right to left, completing a looping flight path.
