German party

A woman with blonde hair applies red lipstick in a room with a vanity and lamp, then turns her head away from the camera, her hair appearing green due to a lighting effect. The scene cuts to a group of men in military uniforms standing at attention around a table with a large multi-tiered cake, then suddenly collapsing in unison.
