An extra kidney

A man in a purple shirt sits at a table, then suddenly throws a handful of white, fluffy material directly at the camera, causing a blur of motion as it fills the screen. The scene takes place indoors, likely in a kitchen or dining area, with a refrigerator visible in the background.
