Smoke

In a dark, red-lit environment, a character with black hair and glowing red eyes is held by another character with silver hair, then the scene shifts to show the black-haired character standing alone with glowing eyes, followed by a view of their legs and then a wider shot revealing two figures in dark uniforms standing with their backs to the camera, before returning to a close-up of the black-haired character's glowing eyes.
