It's a joke

A man in a white sheet, resembling a ghost, walks with a group of men on a city sidewalk, then turns to confront one of them, who responds with a verbal insult about the costume being inappropriate for the neighborhood, before the man in the sheet is pushed to the ground by another man in the group.
