A red and yellow amusement ride with a swinging pendulum seat carries two riders through a looping motion in a park setting. The ride swings forward and backward, lifting the riders high into the air and then dropping them down, with the pendulum's movement creating a blur in the frame. The ride is enclosed by a yellow fence, and a sign in Russian reads "АТТРАКЦИОН 'КЛОУН'". The background features trees, a red and blue tent, and a white tent. The ride is in operation, with people visible in the background.
