An older woman with white hair and a patterned scarf stands on a city street, speaking animatedly with her mouth open, surrounded by a crowd of people and parked cars, while the scene remains static. The video then cuts to a black and white animated sequence showing Patrick Star from SpongeBob SquarePants holding a telephone receiver to his ear with a wide smile, then slowly lowering the receiver while still smiling.
