Finger to forehead

A bald, blue-skinned man with glowing eyes stands in a dimly lit office, his right hand raised to his face as he slowly moves his fingers across his forehead in a deliberate, almost meditative gesture. In the background, several men in suits stand in a line, observing him with serious expressions, while the room is illuminated by a cool blue light emanating from the man and a large spotlight on the right.
